Pengy is Pingu's classmate. He appeared only a few times throughout the series. He is voiced by Carlo Bonomi & David Sant.

Pengy has a strong resemblance to Pingu, although his head is narrower and much more pointed, slopping down to his beak.

- In Pingu's Sledge Academy, the previous students all look like him.
